The Head of HR at Janison provides essential commercial support to the executive leadership of the business.  With a generalist remit, the role will focus on building employee engagement, developing team capability and leadership coaching and development.  We are seeking a candidate who will:

  • Define and embed the employee experience at Janison, nurturing a strong culture of values and behaviours that focus on achieving shared success and delivery of results
  • Coach and support leaders to inspire, engage and motivate team members for high performance translating into the delivery of strong commercial outcomes and an engaged workforce
  • Partner with other leaders within Janison to define and implement programs to support and grow team members

In addition to a proven track record of success in a broad HR role, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A passion for team culture and engagement, and the drive to make Janison an employer of choice
  • Experience building and executing best practice leadership development programs and managing annual performance and development plan initiatives
  • Problem solver and fast thinker with a high tolerance for ambiguity and who thrives in an ever changing environment
  • Strong track record of recruitment and selection of high performance talent
  • Solutions oriented with ability to work through a wide range of commercial situations and challenges

Degree qualified, the successful candidate will be an engaging, positive, high energy individual ideally with experience in a generalist HR role.
