About the role

Janison Learning works closely with their clients to design innovative and engaging learning platform.

Primarily office based, this is a client-facing role that requires an individual who is a good listener and interpreter and can manage client expectations.

The Account Manager role exists, to provide continuity and value for money, to all learning clients within Janison.

You will be the key resource for, and manager of, the Architect phase of all Janison/Client engagements and effectively utilizes the resources of other teams when needed, in order to ensure Architect phase success.

You will ensures the pursuit of excellence in the provision of support services to Janison customers.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Submit proposals to prospective clients.
  • Seek and pursue new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Initiate new projects with Janison staff and clients.
  • Organise and run workshops with clients and do further analysis so as to discover project requirements, workflows, tasks, blueprints and schedules and create project artefacts for these.
  • Provide project artefacts to the implementation team for implementation during project implementation.
  • Provide account management services both during and after client projects and any other client engagements.
  • Create and update client and project information in the CRM, timekeeping and time forecasting systems.
  • Enhance and streamline operational processes of the Account Management team to maximise efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Over 5 years proven experience working within a Learning & Development environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a project from brief through to completion and within budget
  • Strong team management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Demonstrated experience working for an Outsource Learning Provider
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects for external clients
