Primarily office based, this is a client-facing role that requires an individual who is a good listener and interpreter and can manage client expectations.
The Account Manager role exists, to provide continuity and value for money, to all learning clients within Janison. You will be the key resource for, and manager of, the Architect phase of all Janison/Client engagements and effectively utilizes the resources of other teams when needed, in order to ensure Architect phase success.
You will ensures the pursuit of excellence in the provision of support services to Janison customers.
