The team

Our Assessment team works with our clients to centralise and streamline their entire assessment delivery experience, and take their online assessment to the next level.

The role

The Project Implementation Specialist provides implementation activities for new and existing Janison customers.

This role also serves as the key point of contact and provision of support for issues raised during the project.

Other duties include:

  • Provide overall technical support for client projects
  • Identify root cause of reported issues and implement necessary steps and actions to address
  • Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources
  • Collaborate with client service teams to provide technical solutions to reported problems
  • Identify and implement technical rectifications to ensure formal closure of reported problems where relevant
  • Lead and supervise the execution of development work for defects identified in course of project
  • Report development status to Project Manager
  • Maintain interface/customisation programs
  • Maintain technical specification for customisation

About you

To be successful in this role you will have Level 2 and 3 support experience, Along with this, you will have knowledge of ASP.Net and hands on experience of working with C#, SQl server, IIS  etc.

You will be expected to:

  • Deliver 100% of implementation tasks within quoted estimates
  • Deliver 30% if implementation tasks in less than 80% of quoted estimates
  • Implement efficiencies to reduce task estimates by 10% over a 3 month period
  • Report development status to Project Manager
  • Maintain interface/customisation programs
  • Maintain technical specification for customisation
