Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Halls is an experienced executive who joined Janison as Chief Financial Officer in 2018 and brings a breadth of international strategic insight to the leadership team.
Stuart’s career spans the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand. He held senior and executive financial and operational roles at some of the world’s largest multinationals, including Unilever, Coca-Cola and Arnott’s and, more recently, as a Chief Financial Officer in technology and eCommerce. Stuart also has extensive experience in private equity, M&A, capital raisings and as an active board member on a number of companies since 2009.
This insight underpins Stuart’s role as he leads Janison into its next stage of maturation as a publicly-listed company, widening its focus toward long-term goals and acquisitions, and establishing sophisticated performance practices.
Stuart is a chartered accountant and holds a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance, an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and executive education from Harvard.
