As Janison’s Chief Customer Officer, Derek continues the company’s advancement at an international level. He is committed to developing and executing strategies across Janison’s products and services globally, elevating the way Janison grows its revenue base.
He drives the modernisation and digitisation of learning and assessment and the growth of the business in Australia, the Americas, Europe, China, South East Asia, India and the Middle East. Derek continually works to elevate the service Janison delivers and the financial contribution it offers shareholders.
He has a strong track record in adding sustainable business value via education technology roles such as Chief Information Officer and other executive roles at SumTotal, where he implemented end-to-end solutions across industry verticals including aviation, mining and banking – for some of the largest organisations in the Southern Hemisphere.
